This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the personal data held about you by Ordering 2 Online (https://ordering2online.co.uk). It applies whether you created your account using your email address, your Google account, or your Facebook account.
Send an email to [email protected]with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please send it from the email address linked to your account, or tell us the email address or phone number you used to register so we can locate your account. Once we have verified your identity, we will delete your personal data within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
If you are able to sign in, go to your profile or account settings and choose "Delete Account". Your account is then deactivated and your personal information is anonymised within 72 hours.
Removing this app from your Facebook account (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites) stops it from being used to sign you in again, but it does not, on its own, delete the data already held by Ordering 2 Online. To have that data deleted, please use one of the methods above.
When we action your request, your account is disabled and personal identifiers such as your name, email address and telephone number are anonymised so that you can no longer be identified from them. We may retain a limited amount of information — for example records of past orders and transactions — where we are required to keep it by law, such as for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.
